La consultor\u00eda t\u00e9cnica GISSA inicia con establecer un marco de referencia en nuestro producto \u201cOpini\u00f3n T\u00e9cnica<\/strong>\u201d en la materia de inter\u00e9s del cliente, as\u00ed como la estructuraci\u00f3n del producto \u201cBolsa de Horas de Asesoramiento Presencial<\/strong>\u201d a aplicar en juntas con terceros, supervisi\u00f3n, y asesor\u00eda con la \ufb01nalidad de que el cliente pueda implementar las soluciones dise\u00f1adas por GISSA dentro de los servicios y productos del proyecto. Con el objetivo de apoyar la consecuci\u00f3n de las metas del proyecto se establecer\u00e1 la \u201cOficina de Administraci\u00f3n del Proyecto\u201d<\/strong> de acuerdo criterios del PMI, Finalmente se incluye la \u201cGesti\u00f3n Operativa Comercial\u201d<\/strong> para la adquisici\u00f3n de equipos, insumos, herramientas de software y contrataci\u00f3n del personal calificado de acuerdo con los requerimientos de cada proyecto.<\/p>\n
